This review was from someone who wasn’t there for the spa experience. This is an old property in pretty good condition considering its apparent age. We had to upgrade our first reservation because we didn’t want an outside shower. We were then upgraded for free to the next level, to a spacious room. Pros: * this was a large 2 room space * the king bed was very comfortable * There was a large college type refrigerator * a nice dining room table for eating Cons. * there was no real place to park. They wanted us to park in the bank parking lot across the street that had the “no overnight parking or you will be towed” sign. Not good * the springs in the couch were so bad that they poked you in the a$$. * they charged me a $3 credit card fee without telling me. I would certainly search for other options the next time. *

Great hot springs. Fun area to walk, good restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyable. I will stay again but probably in the main building next time closer to the springs.

Each of the rooms that i saw werea diffdrent color and theme. I felt very comfortable in the room as well as out doors. The staff was very nice and accomidating. No complaints.

It's been 3 years since I stayed here and the property looks great! They've painted and the outdoor areas are beautiful. Little upgrades here and there. Only downside is kitchens in units are missing alot of essentials. I'll definitely return to Pelican Spa!

Always a pleasure. Sometimes you find the Pelican, sometimes the Pelican finds you. Staff always amazing. Town always quiet and everyone leaves everyone alone. We will see each other again.

Fun stop for a night. Love the colorful paint even if the rooms are outdated and worn. Somehow this added charm. The baths were fun and hot as advertised. The lay out is a little confusing when you look at it online but everything is close together and convenient when you are there in person.

The door required a key to lock/unlock from inside, which felt like a fire hazard, and the only window was painted shut. Property was dirty, and had a distinct mildew smell. We weren't spending much time there, so we didn't bother complaining.

Great location but the property needs serious updating. The bed linens smelled old and used. Walls were cracked and everything in unit was just very outdated. TV was the size of a computer monitor. Did not like that the shower was outside with little to no privacy. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Unfortunately the walls are paper thin. I paid more to get a nicer room in the dragon suite.. DON'T. I've stayed here 4 times and this will be the last time staying at this property. Dirty, staff wasn't friendly. A far cry from any spa, I've never liked their bath houses I soak elsewhere. Just disappointed. Had no sleep due to neighbor's all nighter in bed.

Awesome place.
We really enjoyed at the Pink Pelican- it was perfect. If your high polluting rich don’t come here. It is a basic hotel. They have soaking tubs just right for my husband and I. I had read some bad reviews but none of it was true. Really needed this get away and it did not disappoint.

Charming place, we stayed in "the Loft" it had incredible beautiful art and fixtures. Very nice to soak in the hot tub after a long drive. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Stay at the actual spa for tje best experience. Friendly staff, beautiful tiwn, warm, cozy hot springs. Retro, colorful design. Within walking distance of everything you need. 420 friendly courtyard, pet friendly. Would stay agian.

Pelican Spa provides complementary 1 hour hot springs soaks in large tubs every day including the days you arrive and depart. The Pink Pelican is very inexpensive and you get what you pay for.
