Good location, solid breakfast offerings, but the room was nothing to be desired. One of our pillows had a dried blood stain, and the bed sheet/fitted sheet were full of stains. Called the front desk to advise of the sheet issue and went downstairs to collect fresh sheets. Our floor stunk of cigarettes. The room/beds did the job, needed some TLC but that explains the renovations going on at the time. Little noisy but that’s to be expected.

The property around the hotel was well lighted which is very important . The room was very clean. The only thing that i didn't like there was no shower frame or tub in the bathroom. There was a shower curtain but water still went everywhere in the bathroom.

My wife and I went to our son's graduation from UT Tyler and this property was close....only five minutes away from the school. We required a handicap consideration on the first floor, which was made available close to handicap parking and the ease of getting in and out. The staff was courteous and make our trip more enjoyable.

I enjoyed this hotel. Only downside is I payed for a jetted bathtub but it was out of order! Other than that it was a wonderful hotel

We booked a room with jacuzzi tub and their was problem with the roof which we werent able to have the room but still charged the same price because we booked through Expedia plus a 20.00 fee up front but returned after checkout

The host at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Even though, I thought the double queen bed room had a separate living room, she explained the situation in a polite, and calm manner. The hotel is in a nice location with several restaurants nearby.

When I got to my room 411, the door to the bathroom was locked. It took a little time to get It opened. However, I have never had that happen with any other hotel.

The Hotel os nice and clean. The bed was horrible. The matress had springs and you could feel them when setting on the side . We couldnt hardly sleep.

The front desk representative at check-in was very nice, professional, and friendly. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and is a great value for the price. This is our go-to hotel when we’re in town.

Excellent Hotel but Located on Very Busy Road
Ther hotel served my needs for my trip. It was very clean, comfortable, odor free, and as reasonably priced. The only negative aspect was the location. The hotel was on a very busy road 24 hours a day and was very dangerous pulling out of the hotel onto the main road due to traffic was travelling at a high rate of speed.

Had to always wait for someone at front desk. My keys constantly had to be reset because they just stop working. I got a room with a jet tub and the tub didn’t work. Food was good and kids enjoyed the heated pool

This hotel was very nice. This was our second stay at this hotel. It was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is a great value too. Definitely our “go-to” hotel when we’re in the area.
