Spacious, comfortable, and stylish rooms with a spectacular view. The hotel is well located to explore Ulm on foot, but at the edge of the old town so it’s still easy to drive. The only negative was how warm and humid the room felt. It was early May and cold enough outside to need long sleeves and a light jacket, so wasn’t a summer heat issue. We opened the windows when possible to let in some cool air, but it only helped temporarily. We also never used the shower, so it wasn’t trapped humidity. Otherwise, we loved our stay! If we’re ever in Ulm again, we would stay again.

Good hotel and location only issues are the rooms are very warm and the air conditioning does not work at this time of year. Also no English speaking channels like other hotels have.

I had never booked a boutique hotel before. But now I ask myself, what makes a boutique hotel better or what is different? Centimeters of thick dust under the bed, is this a boutique hotel? Broken shower hose, is this boutique hotel? Or flickering bathroom light, is this a boutique hotel? What I'm also wondering is whether this "hotel" had a rating of 8.6.... Guys if this hotel is 8.6 then I don't want to see 8.5

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was convenient situated, you could walk to shopping, restaurants, only minutes away fron the train station. We had nice, spacious, modern room.

The room is not in the reception building. The bathroom lacks a trash can and the soap container is missing. For breakfast you have to go to the reception building and the breakfast is simple and cheap which does not justify the price. The location of the hotel is very good.

Would recomend and would come back!
Fantastic location, new, quiet, friendy stuff... If I ever return to Ulm I would look up for this hotel again. Only thing I noticed that it wasn't that great is breakfast. We didn't pay for breakfast but for what i saw its not value for money and defintely not for a 4 star hotel. Room was great, bed also, shower... and perfectly clean from bathroom to bed.

I was very disappointed that the advertising indicated most of the rooms were above ground, we got a room directly on the street and woke up to the service vehicles and the homeless arguing and kids playing in the street. when i asked about it the hotel said, "you got the room you booked", but i didn't know the room was on the ground floor, kinda sucked. but fairly quiet between 0100 and 0600.

Excellent assistance during checking in and staff hospitality was amazing. On top the decor of the rooms are stunning and the double room is incredibly spacious like a junior suite. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great! We arrived around 8 pm, check-in is until 12pm but we did mention in our booking to the hotel we would be checking in late. There were 2 awesome staff members to check us in, they were very helpful, so nice, and quick to get us checked in, Perfect! If you have just carry on luggage, as we did, it’s easy walking distance from the train through a shopping/restaurant/hotel area to the hotel. The hotel appears to be new and the design is somewhat industrial, our room was big #515,very well designed, very clean, plenty of space, room entry area provides a big space to hang items, keep shoes and luggage. Toilet room & shower room are separate. Shower only. 1 large bath towel and 2 hand towels were provided in the room. We stayed 1 night and that was plenty for us. Liquid soap which could double as shampoo was provided but not conditioner, if you use hair conditioner or wash cloths for your shower bring your own. No coffee/tea or water provided in room. I suspect you could get coffee/tea from the restaurant when it’s open but we didn’t try. We had a king size bed overlooking a garden/walkway area with a view of the top of the cathedral. The windows open which I do like. We were here in late November and it was very quiet but I can’t say if in summer the garden area is busy with people and possibly noisy. There’s a restaurant on site but we didn’t get to try it, we went out to explore Ulm! They do have a buffet breakfast available for extra charge.
Entry storage area, very helpful and separate from the from the living/sleeping area.

Stayed here a few days and was walking distance to everything. The hotel was spotless and the staff was very professional. The breakfast wasn’t the best but definitely got the job done. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ulm City.

Modern hotel in central Ulm!
Nice big modern rooms. Premium bed and pillows. Split bathroom is also a plus. Parking with elevator! Walking distance of 4 minutes to city shopping street. The only thing bad was a strange smell in the room. I hope they can get rid of it.

The staff were generally very friendly, although the breakfast system was a bit confusing. I appreciated the ability to get me a kettle when I asked - that was very helpful. It is well located, easy to get to walking to/from the train station and close to major sites.

Large room with great view of the Cathedral. Very clean and comfortable room. Had a lift so no issues for stainless access. Check in was easy and staff helpful. Attached restaurant had standard breakfast as part of stay. Very good security with rooms and floors only accessible with key. Food was very good and restaurant seemed very popular! very close to Hauptbahnhof, less than 5 minute walk.

Hotel has very good location, but much important is that rooms are very large and comfortable. You will get lovely interior and comfortable and large bed for relaxing after walking around of beautiful city in the world. I was surprised that hotel had new underground parking with elevator for car. So, I hope you will get same feelings as me.

Great hotel lovely location for transport and town, The restaurant downstairs is fantastic as is the breakfast. Room super comfortable. The bathroom needs a shelf ! hard to store you stuff and a fridge would be a great addition but i would highly recommend this place. Staff were fantastic too. Most comfortable bed ive ever had in a hotel.

Very nice, with helpful staff.
A one night stay on our velo trip. Easy walk down to a wonderful restaurant down by the Danube on the Promenade. We had an amazing dinner and wonderful time exploring the area around the hotel. We had a very nice breakfast the morning we left.
