Perfect.
I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. Free, secure underground parking for our motorcycle too. The restaurant & food was excellent and the new addition of the bar is very nice. Also the free spa was terrific! Loved our room with a balcony for us to have drinks on before dinner. Won’t bore you with the rest, just book it.

A beautiful place to stay in the Italian Alps
This was a wonderful hotel with an incredible SPA facility and fantastic Restaurant. The owner was very helpful as well as the staff. Would return time and again.

Bent over backwards
I was massively impressed by the Alpen Hotel. Giovanni on reception bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. The underground secure bike storage area was fantastic and they even found us a track pump. The whole hotel is funkily decorated and much more modern and chic than any other "ski chalet" style hotel I have ever stayed in. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and special mention must also go to the shower: ginormous shower head, always warm and powerful. The only slight criticism was a like warm hot tub at the time I tried it but I would definitely go back

AMAZING!!!
I cannot recommend this place highly enough - from the super friendly welcome we received, to the bicycles we were given, to the spa facilities, the gorgeous room and the amazing dinner - this is definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Every little detail is thought of and is such a little interesting spot. Myself and my husband are just trying to figure out when we can get back for some skiing as can't wait to stay here again!

Excellent value. I don't think I have stayed in a more friendly hotel in Europe. I was staying on my own and all the staff we're very friendly and as chatty as you'd wanted. I loved this hotel!

A real gem
we stayed at Alpen for one night and this was a real delight. The hotel is brand new and very well designed with natural materials. Room was exceptionally clean and fresh with very restful beds. Staff is very welcoming. Restaurant served wonderful local specialties.

Ottima esperienza
Struttura abbastanza nuova (9 anni), ma in ottime condizioni. Posizione a pochi metri dalla statale del Foscagno, ma al sicuro dal rumore e dal traffico. Giardino con parco giochi per bambini. Piccola spa con idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco e zona relax in ottime condizioni. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale attento e cordiale, mai troppo invadente. Cucina ricercata ispirata al territorio, anche se talvolta le ricette non sembrano perfettamente riuscite. Ricca colazione.

Un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole
Albergo con poche camere e tutte molto caratteristiche e particolari. Tutto l'albergo è costruito con materiali di pregio e finiture di livello che creano un ambiente intimo e confortevole. Piccola spa, ma molto curata e pulita , a disposizione dei clienti. Personale e titolare dell'albergo sempre disponibili con cortesia e preparazione. L'unica pecca è un po la posizione vicino alla strada statale Bormio- Livigno che lo rende molto comodo per le due destinazioni ma lo penalizza un po, anche se tutti gli ambienti, camere comprese, sono perfettamente insonorizzati e quindi dall'interno non crea il minimo disturbo.

Due giorni a Bormio
Ho trovato l'hotel proprio come me lo aspettavo, anzi....forse anche meglio. Gentilissimo il personale, ottima la pulizia, carinissima la camera (sasso) e la struttura veramente bella. Hotel con un gran sapore di montagna, ma molto raffinato. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Peccato aver passato solo una notte, ma torneremo sicuramente.

Pieni siisti hotelli. Huoneistomme oli eri rakennuksessa, jossa 3 makuuhuonetta, olohuone, keittiö ja 2 x WC. 7 hengelle sopivan kokoinen. Erinomainen aamiainen jota voi suositella. Lähin hiihtohissi n 300 m päässä, jolla pääsee San Colombanon rauhallisille rinteille (sopii perheille erinomaisesti). Hotellin tien toisella puolella erinomainen ravintola "Rosengarden", jossa parhaat pizzat ja jälkkärit. "Kylpylässä" pieni poreamme, ulkopalju ja kaksi saunaa, joten kovin pieni kylpylä kyseessä (maksu 6€). Onnistunut loma - suositteluni hotellille!

Kanontrevligt hotel. Perfekt basecamp om man som jag ska åka motorcykel på de fantastiska alpvägarna i den direkta närheten. Mycket trevlig personal. Bra mat i restaurangen på kvällen. Fräscha moderna och mysiga rum i den "stora alpvillan" som man upplever hotellet vara. Motorcykeln eller bilen står bra utan kostnad i garaget i källaren. Detta var min andra vistelse på hotellet och mycket tyder på att det kan bli fler gånger.

Uiterst tevreden over het hotel en zijn service. Goede en rustige ligging. Mooie, moderne kamers met alle nodige faciliteiten. Ideaal voor fietsers (afgesloten garage, lockers,...). Ontbijtbuffet met voldoende keuze. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel is zelden gezien, niets is te veel. Ze doen alles om hun gasten een aangenaam verblijf te bezorgen.

Hotel polozony w spokojnej miejscowości pomiędzy dwoma dużymi ośrodkami narciarskimi. Byliśmy z żona w wielu hotelach i oboje zgadzamy się z tym ze ten hotel zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek, przepiękny pokój ,wspaniała obsługa, pyszne jedzenie,strefa spa niesamowita ! Napewno wrócimy tam,jeśli się uda to może jeszcze latem a zima napewno!

“Che spettacolo!!!”
Abbiamo soggiornato il 10 aprile 2013 presso l'Alpen Chalet....a parte la cordiale accoglienza della signorina Nicole che si è mostrata disponibile a mostrarci tutto quello che poteva interessarci nel nostro soggiorno, dai servizi agli ambienti, oltre che a mostrarci le varie camere per poterne scegliere una di nostro gradimento, non ci sono parole per descrivere tutto. La meticolosità con cui sono stati curati i minimi dettagli, la pulizia generale, la qualità della cucina (abbiamo cenato lì la sera...gran gourmet di tradizione valtellinese e tutto fresco...), insomma, personale cordiale e disponibile, posizione strategica per visite a Bormio o Livigno, bellezza della struttura in puro stile montano, la piccola ma funzionale e accogliente spa annessa.... se vi dovete fermare da quelle parti il rapporto qualità prezzo dell'alpen è da sogno. Bravi davvero!!!

ein sehr schönes,stylisches hotel ,leider in unattraktiver Lage.Die Zimmer sind für Sportgäste ein wenig zu klein und man findet keinen Stauraum für die Ausrüstung. Der Service und das Restaurant sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotel molto accogliente e caldo. Struttura praticamente nuova rifinita in ogni piccolo dettaglio, le camere a tema sono veramente molto carine (io sono stato nella legno ma ho visto anche la betulla che è veramente un amore!) Personale accogliente, colazione ricca e gustosa...nella cena prevista dall'hotel(solo 20 euro in più) dall'antipasto al dolce con piatti semplici ma molto gustosi e ben preparati: complimenti allo Chef!! Consigliato 100% Ps- unica piccola pecca stanze un po' troppo calde...la mia arrivav anche a 25 gradi!
