“Super cute spot. It has a lot of character! Ran into the owners a couple times around the property and they were friendly. Not nosy or hovering, but available if needed, the perfect balance. If you are a minimalist/neat freak type this might not be a good fit. If you love a bit of quirkiness and don't mind a touch of roughing it/ranchiness, it's perfect! I would gladly stay again. ”

“Nice 1 bedroom with loft. Very comfortable for our family of 5 over the Christmas Holiday. Had all the equipment we needed. Very close to downtown Petaluma and right off the 101 Freeway. Two minor things keep this from being perfect 5. Parking lot is extremely dark and desperately needs some lighting, perhaps a flood light on a motion sensor. Loft bed is very squeaky, to the point that some of my family members had issues sleeping. Overall, a very cool place to stay and I highly recommend.”

Having a parking spot on the driveway was super convenient. Allen was a great host who was readily accessible for any questions.”

“Property was very clean and well appointed. Interesting location behind a gym and could occasionally hear workout music. Can hear adjacent units very well and even had to go over and request they turn down music one evening. Would suggest a better window covering for front window as current paper blind lets in all the streetlights and is very bright in upstairs loft”

“Relaxing, well decorated space on a busy thoroughfare. Good location near Hwy 12 and Santa Rosa neighborhoods and Safeway. The fog came in on command every evening and acted as air conditioning for the space. Cool little vacation spot for those wanting to explore wineries in The Valley of The Moon.”

“This was a beautiful VRBO that is exactly as shown in all of the pictures and is described accurately. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, walk-in closet extra rooms, and I liked the outdoor patio space. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quite. The only issue that we had was that the entire unit smelled like marijuana smoke, (even after leaving the sliding glass door wide open for a few hours with the fan and heater on).
