“Perfect location for visiting my sister, in a community with a golf course (nice walking), a public pool less than a mile away, close to Hwy 101. Studio apartment is small but with nice double bed, clean with full kitchen (tho no stove, not needed). The room is hot after warm days but a good fan and opening windows and door cools it nicely for comfortable sleeping. Neighborhood is quiet. Owner's daughter kindly closed my car door which I had left open when arriving in the dark.”

There were other amenities for people who might want to make simple things, but for the most part, we ate at local restaurants. (there are so many great places in the area to eat.) “The is one of maybe four apartments that have been built inside what was probably a warehouse. The location is in a quiet industrial area about a mile south of the center of Petaluma. Parking is very convenient.The layout and finishes of the apartment we rented were excellent. The kitchen and dining area worked well. The artwork and furnishings were interesting! The owner was very responsive to the one problem (heating) we encountered, We recommend this apartment highly and are likely to return.”
