Property composed of main house and outbuilding 5 km from the centre of Väse, 20 km from the centre of Kristinehamn, 30 km from the centre of Karlstad, 150 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2 with meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 30 km, railway station "Väse" 5 km, ferry "Göteborg" 270 km, sandy beach 150 m, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vänern 150 m. Excluding the bathroom, the outbuilding remains closed.
"Strandviksvägen", 4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room, Low door height 170 cm with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 20 - 140 cm with 2 beds. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Freezer approx. 90 l. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
