"We had a wonderful time in Viksdalen with our extended family. We had everything that we needed or could want in the house. We loved the separate lakeside cabin but wished that we had discovered it sooner, rather than at then end of the holiday. If we could have changed anything it would be that the wonderful view wasn`t obscured by the owners roofline. It is very peaceful here and if you like solitude then this place has it in covered."

"This place surpassed our expectations - the location is unrivaled, with a completely unobstructed view of the fjord and mountains. The space is so big, clean, and comfortable - and beautifully lit with natural light spilling through the massive windows. All the things we wanted to do were within walking distance - the Hondungo hike, the Stokko hike, and kayaking. We loved our little balcony (perfect for yoga!) "The property is easily accesible, where the main building is just on the side of the main road. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, everything was explained to us clearly. The kitchen and bathroom were well maintained, the only downside was that the cabin is not newly decorated and has shown its age at some places.
