"設備齊全，房間乾淨，可惜了，因為採用無人管理的方式，有人直接在飯店內吸食大麻，整個大廳都是燒大麻的味道，從下午持續到晚上回飯店都還有，我甚至開始懷疑是工作人員吸食的，真的是讓人畏懼是否有什麼奇怪份子趁機混入飯店，總之建議要選擇此飯店之前先考慮無人式管理會不會造成自己的安全隱憂。"

"We arrived at 1.30pm and they let us checkin without extra cost. But they clean the room every fourth day. We stayed for 5d4n, but the room wasn’t cleaned, not even cleaning the trash. But we’re fine with it. There’s basically nothing in the room so make sure you bring the toothbrushes, slippers, kettle etc. The location is convenient. Most activity gather at the dock behind the hotel (5mins walk). But it’s kind of noisy at night as there are people at the restaurant or street downstairs getting really high."

"Not sure if is slow check-in or if we stayed during the busiest time. Line up for check-in was long and every time we when through the lobby there is always a long queue of people waiting to check-in. Overall room is clean and comfortable, but a little dated."

"In summary one of the poorest hotel quality I can get for the last 10 years. We booked the deluxe twin bed room for 3 nights in Bergen. Whilst it says deluxe it’s actually two tiny beds which is surely not a standard single bed. We picked the hotel due to its location but actually there are plenty of better choices. First of all we took over 20 hours to get to Bergen and desperate for a good rest. We were woke up by heavy rock music at 2am in the morning. Then the music lasted till around 4 am and then we can only sleep after this. The hotel staff said this is nothing they can do for the music from the night clubs ! Then we went out on the following morning and came back to the hotel at around 4pm as we were also tired due to jet leg. So surprised when we opened the door that the room has not been cleaned at 4pm! Then the room is strange that sometimes there is no electricity for certain lights and the ventilation. We asked the hotel staff if this is part of the environmental friendly policies. The answer is no and he can’t figure out why this is the case. Bergan is a very pretty place and have lots to see. My advice is not to stay in this hotel if you want to have a peaceful and comfortable trip. "

"the location is good, walking distance to most of the sight seeing area. The room is small and not very clean. Dont go to the sea food market, it is for tourist , they charge us over price for the crab. "
