Great place!
The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed and check in was so easy. Three adults stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect. It was easy to find and close to everything in Waco.

Cute and quiet; close to Magnolia Silos.
Cute and clean property. Very comfortable bed! Easy to find. Only issue was no hot water. We did not report it immediately, since we were only there for an overnight stay. Would still recommend this property.

Perfect get away
We were in town for a Baylor graduation, the location was perfect, close enough to Waco but far enough out to feel like we were not near a city. The grounds are beautiful and the cabin is wonderfully cozy. The hosts provide all the basics you need and communication was great. Great for a relaxing get-away.

Great little cabin!
The cabin was great- just as described in the posting. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I always think that’s a key factor when I read reviews of possible places to stay, so I highly recommend this cabin if sleep comfort is your thing. The kitchenette area is as described- pretty basic- but we had planned on dining in Waco, which is just a short drive from the cabin. Plenty of space to eat takeout or store food, just not a lot of cooking capabilities. All in all, we were very happy with our stay! It was exactly what we wanted.

Cute cottage in the woods
It’s a cute cozy place, log cabin feel. We enjoyed it. No TV just FYI. But well worth talking and u find some wood you can do a camp fire. It’s away from the downtown so it’s very clean, safe and very home like feel. The place is extremely clean, and the lady cleaning was super nice.

This is a wonderful place to stay and not far from all the activities in Waco.

Waco Texas was calling us three good friends to check out Magnolia Market, home to the Fixer-Upper show . This rental was excellent for everything except the third person who had to sleep in the loveseat. We had to move it in a different direction to make room for it to unfold. Not a big deal for us to do that but it was just a little Dusty underneath. We enjoyed the kitty that is a resident in this RV cabin park. And the property owner was very helpful in getting the sheets we needed for the loveseat as well as printing off our tickets for the airlines when we needed to leave. The cabin was cute as you can see from the pictures and we enjoyed our stay.

Peace and tranquility away from stress and city life.
My wife and I were in Waco to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary as she is a big fan of the show “Fixer Upper”. The cabin was perfect! It was very clean and well maintained and the owners were very gracious. We loved being outside of the city as it provided a quiet and peaceful place for us to enjoy the countryside. It’s just a few minutes away from most of the destinations we wanted to see. Both my wife and I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a break from the stress that life sometimes presents. Cozy Cabin
This cabin was perfect for two people to spend some time exploring Waco for the weekend! The check in and check out process is very simple. Just be sure to bring one car. Parking is limited.

If you want to be alone.....
The cabin was comfortable and clean. The check is was strange for older folks as you saw nor spoke to anyone. Young people wouldn't mind that as much. Wifi was good bIf peace and quiet is what you seek. This is the right place.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay!
We were quite pleased with our stay at the cabin. The purpose of our trip was to visit and soak up all things Magnolia, but I would say the accommodation neither enhanced nor took away from the experience (the cabin wasn't anything special). Priced great, bed was very comfortable, just enough space for 2 people, and located in a quiet location just 15 minutes away from the "action". One thing we overlooked was the fact that it does not have a tv. It is in the description and we're fine with not watching tv, but Waco doesn't necessarily have a lot of activities to do when the sun goes down so we found ourselves a little bored after dinner and went to bed early or got lost on our phones.

Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet setting. It snowed and sleeted, enjoyed listening to it hitting the metal roof. Toilet a little loud,lol, but that’s ok. Would recommend to anyone.

Better than a hotel in the city
We opted to stay a bit out of town at this cabin to cut down on the hotel cost of a Baylor football weekend. For our needs, it was great. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the mornings and enjoy the complimentary coffee and have the additional space in the room that allowed a small dining table and couch. Great for two people. The room is nicely decorated and clean. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back.

Great little cabin for a quick getaway
The cabin is very nice and easy to get in and out of. Check in and out was a breeze. We were suprised that it is part of an RV park and there were many RVs close by. Didn't notice that from the pictures. It didn't really matter to us because we really just used it for sleeping. Kitchen area is nice, but limited in functionality. Again, we didn't use it at all, so it didn't bother us. Bed and room were very clean and comfortable.

I give this place a 5 star because it was EXACTLY what it said it would be.
I may watch too much TV and count on my music heavily, both of which are not included, but in the end it relaxes me and we played a lot of cards and listened to my ipod. If you want to just relax and listen to nature for a while and truly get away from stress this is the place.
