"Very nice home in a beautiful area. Short walk through the woods to get to the dock. The view is beautiful there. Rented a boat from marina that is only 6 min away. Marina also has a restaurant (Williemacs) that had good food and drink. It is open thurs-sat. The lake was so peacefull with plenty of fingers off the main body of water. would definitely like to see it in the fall when the leaves change color. Caleb's house was plenty big and had all the amenities you needed. Very quiet and peacefull.15 min away is South Carolina where there is a Food Lion for groceries. If your looking for a place to eat, most restaurants in the area are closed Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed El Sombrero mexican restaurant is a great place excellent food and drink China one has good food and is open 7 days a week River grille in South Carolina is on the 18th green of the Tara club and has good food and drink"

"We really needed a weekend getaway and relaxation. This was absolutely perfect. Great beach for a swim. Multiple options to relax outdoors, both in the sun and shade. Marvelous sunsets. We will definitely look at renting again in the future."

"We stayed here while attending the Masters golf tournament. It's a short drive from there but worked well for us to get in and out of August for the event. This is a you-get-what-you-pay-for no frills hotel. Very friendly service. Very clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. Limited local dining but plenty of food and gas options at nearby exits."
