“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Guest House Apartment. It was exactly as it was depicted online. The layout, design, and furnishings were very nice and quite contemporary. Our host Maddie was very welcoming which helped to make our stay more than a pleasant one. We would not hesitate to stay again. In fact, we will be visiting Greensboro more in the future and the cozy apartment is at the top of our list for places to stay when we return!Thanks for the hospitality and attentiveness.”

“We received zero communication from the property owner regarding the check in procedure, access code, etc., despite numerous messages sent. There was zero response. We had to escalate the issue to VRBO and they were also unable to get in touch with the property owner. This resulted in our reservation being cancelled the evening we were supposed to check and scrambling to find alternative accommodations last minute. ”
