“I’ve stayed at multiple Embassy Suites throughout the U.S. This was the first time I experienced a $10 parking fee at this Embassy Suites. I was surprised that there was a charge for an open parking lot. Our power was out due to a car accident and we needed something immediately. It had been awhile since we frequent the Greensboro location. We don’t have any plans to return as this hotel is outdated and needs some deep cleaning.”
