"Being in walking distance to The National Civil Rights Museum, Orpheum Theater, Old Dominick's Distillery, Beale St., and the Mississippi River to watch the sunrise makes this spot a sanctuary for respite. This was an exceptionally therapeutic residence with rich history in a safe and convenient location. Both J.R. and his assistant provide outstanding communication ensuring a pleasant stay. I thought my trip to Memphis was a one and done, but I plan to return and truly hope this relaxation...

"This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again."

"Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. "
