"Was told when we arrived that our room (2 queen beds) wasnt available due to was already booked and offered a 2 full size bed room which is not what i wanted. But didnt have many options since we were 5 hours from home. But rooms were nice and clean."

"The room and location has a great aesthetic and very friendly staff. The only issue we had was the shower head didn’t stay up and the clog for the bathtub did not work. Otherwise everything was great"

"The pool was closed due to the roof collapsing in. Staff were unapologetic about this being closed, despite this being the exact reason I booked the hotel. I asked for a discount due to this issue, and was told it was a perk, and not a part of the room rate. This is not a desirable location, so that did not make sense to me, as I would never have booked this hotel if not for the amenities such as the pool."
