“The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to a person on the phone. She checked herself when talking to us. All the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. I kept stepping on something on our room carpet. It was dark and I could not see what it was. It could have been vacuumed better. The bed was comfortable. ”

“Expedia $63.55 Transaction details The merchant EXPEDIA 73337227501820 I went to check in at coachmans hotel in wynne arkansas in the United States. And show the management worker that i paid $63.55 for the room online the confirmation number 73337227501820 and the to explain and the office manager informed me that they don't accept online reservation online. So I wasn't able to stay at the coachmans hotel on the 28 of December. I had to get a room at another hotel down the road from coachmans……

“The room was spacious and it was comfortable in every way. Left too early for the breakfast but they looked like they had a lot of choices. Would stay again ”

“fair experience. grounds very clean. reserved a king bed with river view for my 40th wedding anniversary. they claim their was no room available so they put me in a double bed looking towards the woods. beds are not very big. not very impressive. i was checking in at 5 pm so it was not early and i booked the room 6 weeks ago.”

“Room was clean but shower floor looked sus. Also you could tell staff had moped floor and there was still residue. Free breakfast always a plus. ”

“I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that……

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was so clean, nice, and had very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for families and people with pets. It was the perfect stop for a long roadtrip. ”

“Room was dirty and outdated. Paint off the walls, no protective mattress cover with stains on the mattress, bathtub stained and even walls were dirty. Wont stay here again.”
