“I read previous reviews prior to booking as I was looking for a safe and clean space. This place did not disappoint. Basically brand new, very clean, and in a very safe area. Lots of parking! Even if you’re not technology savvy the contactless check-in was so easy!! They also respond back asap to text messages! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean and safe spot to stay while in Portland.”

The shower was good but there was only 2-bath towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. The unit was to have a/c and a washer and dryer I had to call the host to find out that he had to get a handyman to install the window unit in the bedroom that did the whole place . “We had a wonderful stay at this property! We booked a night when we went to a show at the State Theater, and the location could not have been more perfect. It was within walking distance to the theater as well as fun nightlife. The property itself was clean, well- equipped, and even in its small nature, a perfect size for our party of six to relax, play cards, and rest our heads. Megan and Jason were wonderful hosts. Do be aware that there is no dedicated parking with this property, but there is a parking garage within a five minute walk that you can pay by the day or month- which may sound silly, but would be totally worth it if staying more than four days. “The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. Getting to the beach by vehicle and using gps took longer than getting back and that was surprising. Overall, loved the area.
