Extra Features: Free high speed wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer and linens provided. Two portable air conditioners added in January 2022 to the upstairs master bedroom and the main level dining room.

***PLEASE NOTE: Quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am are strictly enforced. There is no room for a trailer or a boat in the driveway.

House Rules:

-Check-in: Anytime after 4PM unless otherwise authorized
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-Up to 3 cars allowed
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Pets not allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit.
