I'm not sure if it was a hotels.com error or American Heritage RV Park error. I was led to believe that I had a queen bedroom and a twin bunk bedroom with a full kitchen, living room with a pull out sofa and bathroom. Upon arrival on a Thursday evening for a (3) night stay, I was given (2) remote channel pages as the lady up front said you have (2) tv's, one in living room one in the bedroom (accurately describing the large cabin that I was expecting). I walked into the cabin to find 1 queen and 1 set of bunk beds, 1 tv, a mini fridge and mini microwave all in the SAME small room & a separate bathroom. I was devastated, & told that I booked a "medium" cabin. I had local guests from Williamsburg coming for dinner that night, we had to rearrange other spare time over the weekend to stay out and about as the cabin was extremely small and uncomfortable (it was a my daughters wedding weekend at a venue that was about 15 minutes from the RV park). Fortunately it only affected me the worst on Thursday night, when local residents were planning to visit. On Sunday morning, I had to drive people staying with me to Richmond and asked about a late checkout (it was highlighted as an option upon availability on the paperwork) they charged $20.00 but I had no choice as I couldn't get checked out in time.
