Great Location
This was our second stay at Kingsgate. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained. The security of the premises is much appreciated. And all of the activities available on site are a bonus.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay! Room was clean with all of the amenities needed! We had plenty of room and the resort was wonderful. We used the pool, hot tub, and video games. Grounds were nice for walks. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again! Check in was quick and easy. Thank you!

Nice Anniversary Trip
We really enjoyed our stay. Though the actual place we stayed did not appear to be the same as the pictures, our needs were met. The accommodations were very clean and essential items were provided. The staff was promptly responsive when we reached out with questions or needs. The check in process was a little long, but very friendly!

The y took my money n l didn't get the house l wanted.
I was seriously taking a big disa advantage of. This was not the propeo l wanted to stay in a single family house. They too my money n l ended up going to rent from someone else n l never got my money back

Time Share Sales Pitch
Walls are paper thin- we could hear every room in our building. Blowers woke us up early in the morning right next to our window...the check in office is a joke- 20 sales people trying to get you to buy into the vacation scheme. Very strange place.
