The hotel is good. Very central to everything, Our room air conditioning is not working properly. Sometimes it quit and comes on again. Wifi is weak. Cannot be connected. Breakfast is good. Food are top up regularly, overall I will give it 3 stars.

This hotel is conveniently located in Mailoboro the neighborhood you absolutely want to be in. Excellent breakfast buffet and convenience to mailoboro dining options and shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location is good… near to Jl. Malioboro. Nice comfy bed. Good breakfast buffet spread. Will definely come back when i am in Jogjakarta.

Decent modern hotel
Decent room, but noisy. Buffet breakfast was ok. Quite modern hotel but mainly for Indonesian travellers.

Location of hotel is not in main road.
The sound proof in the room is very weak and the noisy at the corridor is so loud especially when a family with children is talking. LOUD noise , LOUD noise, LOUD noise is the word when we were sleeping at night, afternoon or early morning.......................... Strangely that our dustbin in the toilet was not cleared for all the 4 nights / 5 days that we were staying. All staff are very polite and service oriented, BIG THANKS to all of them. The swimming pools are so small that they are good only for children. And the water is so cloudy that we dare not to soak into it.

Reasonable stay for a reasonable price
A value hotel right next to Malioboro St, the shopping strip of Yogyakarta. Shampoo was not provided, but liquid soap was available. Breakfast was OK, and I spend plenty of time at the restaurant with my wife (because there was only one chair in the room). Although I had concern with bed sheets and room lights, the staff promptly resolved them. The bathroom door has to be closed while showering, else condensation would form at the aircon, and drip down to the bed below. Otherwise the air con works well. Overall, after I reduced my expectation to the cost of the stay, it was reasonable for the bed and breakfast I received.

There is a cockroach creeping on my son' s arm when he was sitting by the small table. Probably creeping up from the rubbish bin underneath the table. Bathroom and toilet are poorly cleaned. Door and walls are very thin. We can hear people talking from the hall and people having a shower from the next room seems like having a shower in our room. Location quite good for people who likes to be in Malioboro surroundings. Sorry, will not recommend people to stay here and definitely will not stay here again.

I spent 5 days in Jogja at the amaris. The pros: - close to Malioboro and most places of interest - the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful - the wifi (open) works well - my bed was comfortable - very decent breakfast The cons: - a kettle to make some tea / coffee would be nice - there is no storage at all and only 3 hangers. Your stuff is all over the room (which is not very large)

Poorly kept, avoid if you have asthma or allergies
The location is good but it is clear that money isn't spent on maintenance. The rooms smelled of mould, enough to make me cough every time I walked into the room. Towels and bedsheets were clean but often stained. There were also tears in the bathroom carpet. When we asked for an extra pillow the staff said "sorry we don't have any".

Very central located with all you need around. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Swimmingpool was very small Breakfast was all you need. Rooms small and a bit smelling... Overall, a good hotel if you like to be located central.

Basic hotel, good enough if you will be spending most of your time touring around the city. Bed is average comfy, cleanliness average, you get 2 bottles of mineral water daily, one pair of room slippers, 2 toothbrush and a toothpaste, one small bar soap, liquid soap/shampoo, aircon and warm water work fine. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Loud prayer sound around 4am from nearby mosque. You can hear everything that’s happening in the corridor. No extrabed available for any of the rooms. For the price, this hotel is good enough, if you don’t mind the traffic on malioboro. Breakfast is average: toast, fruit, omelette, local food which involve rice, noodle, chicken, fish, veggies, coffee, tea, juices.

Superb Hotel in Jogja
i was at Jogja with family for leisure , the location of the hotel is very good . I am impressed with the cleanliness and facility of the hotel , the breakfast was great, better than expectation for the price i paid . Definitely value for money , keep up the good work .

Great stay
Hotel is at walking distance from malioboro so it's easy to explore the area at any time of the day. Staff was super friendly and helped me out with directions and Tours. If you're looking for a simple no fuss hotel this is it.

It was a clean hotel. But there is a problem in air conditioner. At first, its good but sometime there were big sound with fan or what..(I don't know, I cannot report because it is not all the time) And location is good for walker but I had a car. When I want to enter hotel, it has to turn around di Jl. Malioboro.. it was long trip and there are so many cars in that street. it takes long time.. Breakfast is not good for me and my family. it was a little bit small and not enough. I think this hotel is good for shopping but not for travel to Penambanan or Borobudur. I fell a little bit expensive compare condition.

Good and convenient to the famous malioboro. But lack of cupboard, fridge and kettle inside the room. Bed is fine and table is too small. Overall it's still a good hotel with excellence customer service.

They accept only local currency on check in! Had to go to an exchange house by taxi to change dollars. If it was a slightly later check in it wouldn't have been possible. The shower was not working but rectified immediately on request.
