Girl, where to start. We did a late check in, decided to treat ourselves to a staycation. The room we got was a two bed, it’s all they had left for same day stay. Came in at 9:30 PM got there and had the TV not working. Wouldn’t connect with the controller. After 30 min of trying, we decided to go to the front desk. The front desk lady couldn’t figure it out. We tried for a total of 45 minutes. She decided to “upgrade” us to a one bedroom. She did not say it was not renovated yet, nothing girl. At this time, it was near midnight and I was over it. Feel free to review the condition of our “upgrade” room. Wild, the owner came the next day. No I’m sorry, no here’s a discount for the issue. I paid $120 ( plus $7 parking ) for this? WILD.
Her answer to it was “they make TVs so cheap now, these are new”. I’m sorry but buying a $30 Roku per room is much easier than the old cable thing they had going on. If your own front desk can’t figure it out, I promise it’s not the tv.
