Overall great experience! We came for our 1 year anniversary and they treated us well. A card from the staff and complimentary cookies in our room. They also gave us each a free drink with dinner. Always a great stay at the Malcolm!

I booked a package that included breakfast. Since the front desk didn’t mention it at check-in, I called from my room to confirm and was told that breakfast was included. After breakfast the next morning, I asked our waitress to confirm again. She kindly checked for several minutes and confirmed that it was included. However, after using quick checkout, I received my invoice and was shocked to see a $140 breakfast charge plus $16.20 gratuity. I called the hotel and, after another long wait, they confirmed once again that breakfast was indeed included in my package. I was told they would need to speak with a manager about correcting the charge. To be fair, all the staff I dealt with were polite and pleasant. My frustration is with how such a basic billing mistake could happen at a five-star hotel, especially after I had already confirmed the breakfast inclusion twice. For the price and reputation of Fairmont, I expected much better attention to detail. Guests should definitely check their final invoice carefully after checkout, even when package inclusions have already been confirmed.

We made a last minute decision to stay in Canmore for the night while visiting Calgary. We found this resort condo on Expedia for a reasonable price and booked it. Great communication with the manager and easy check in process. The condo was perfect, very clean with little extras like coffee pods. The beds were super comfortable Location was perfect and was on the trail that takes you into downtown Canmore. Our only regret was that our travel plans only allowed us one night stay We plan to return and will for sure book this in the future

Nothing out of ordinary. We did have to request new sheets as we discovered blood stains on the sheets and mattress protector. It was promptly corrected.

Loved The amenities. Mountain view was amazing.

Overall you get a beautiful view and a nice place to stay for however long. There was cook wear which was great and 2hr access to the spa which was nice!
