“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and……
“Staff were fantastic. The trappers tent was warm and comfy. There was some litter on our site when we arrived thay we cleaned up but otherwise was a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!”
“It’s not convenient for international travelers to contact via phone number! That would be better if we can contact to each other directly from mail!”
“Excellent property in a great location with amazing views. Would highly recommend this place for all who are visiting the Canmore/Banff area. Great base to explore the rockies. Property was clean and had all amenities for a relaxing stay. ”
“Everything was perfect, thank you for the hospitality. I stayed in boswell east cabin with my family and it was well- equipped. Just bring a hair dryer, and you are all set! ”
“Spectacular view. Shuttle to downtown Banff is efficient. The outside spa wasnt working and the gym is dated. Tennis and pickleball courts are very nice. Staff's great.”
"Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. "
"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. Built against the mountain, the hotel appears to have four separate buildings, but they are conveniently connected by a corridor on the fourth floor.
Located at the entrance of the town, it is right across from a gas station, a convenience store, and a fast-food restaurant that stays open until 10 PM.
The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decent. Dinner portions are generous, though the variety is limited. Breakfast, however, requires a longer wait. The staff are friendly and approachable.
Overall, this hotel provided a great accommodation experience."
