“We had a very pleasant stay overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location for exploring Canmore and the surrounding area. We didn’t have many complaints about the property itself, and the space was comfortable. That said, for the price we paid, we expected a few more amenities. There was no iron or ironing board, and there weren’t any garbage bags provided despite being instructed to take out our garbage. We also didn’t have access to any closet to put our stuff……

“Parking was easy to find. Room was beautiful and very clean. TV worked easier than at home. lol Room had a lot of extras. Extra pillows, extra blanket, extra coffee pods, hair dryer, ironing board & iron. It was quiet, barely heard any noice from outside. Mark the host was very kind and a pleasure to meet.We definitely would come back for our anniversary. XX ”

“Overall good. Good location, enjoyed the patio. The bedroom carpet had a bad odor - needs a deep clean. ”

“The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. Further training is needed in order to help guests. However, the location of the hotel was beautiful, away from the downtown Canmore, and very clean. It had a nice shared……
