“We loved everything about the place! It was well equipped and spacious. Because we didn’t venture out much, it was nice to be in a cozy comfortable atmosphere. When the sun peeked out the mountains were stunning. Thanks for creating a beautiful get away space!”

“The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. Further training is needed in order to help guests. However, the location of the hotel was beautiful, away from the downtown Canmore, and very clean. It had a nice shared……

“At first couldn’t figure out how do we get in, garage on the side to your left, after asking , we finally got inside the garage, parking is fine, room clean, except shower, overall we love this place, clean, nice kitchen, what we didn’t like is the bathroom, very little, shower very little and could use better cleaning, other then that it’s a nice condo.”

“This room was absolutely filthy. The floor had hair, fecal matter and mold growing in the corners. Baseboards all rotten. Bathroom towels washed but very stained. Bed linens were not changed from previous guest. Window did not open. Air conditioning was not sufficient for a 36° day outside. I wanted to turn on the ceiling fan to cool the room down but it had not been cleaned in sometime. Under the bed and behind dilapidated furniture, the area had not been vacuumed swept or washed in quite some……
