Clean comfortable room.

Excellent stay when here for an evening wedding party. Booked a meal ( only had 1 course) for before party, which was excellent, very good service too. Drink prices quite high, but I suppose should be expected as is a wedding venue. Breakfast was nice, but had to ask for extra coffee( for 4) twice before getting. Also had to ask for toast as not offered when taking food orders. Poor selection of fruit available and no Greek yogurt even though on menu. For breakfast servings, May I suggest that you offer filtered coffee instead of that from a commercial coffee machine, which would save time . Would certainly stay again should another wedding invitation, for the venue, be received.

Great modern and well maintained hotel. Just mentioning in case the hotel staff read this. Only negative was the tray with kettle and tea/coffee/hot chocolate etc. was placed in a shelf without a power point. It was strange to have to lift the large tray and move it to the desk next to the power point. I relocated the hotel directory to a higher shelf.

Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.
