“We recently stayed at Tempus and were genuinely impressed by the hotel itself. Unfortunately, our experience at The Orangery restaurant was far below the standard we expected. We arrived for our 7:45pm reservation and were initially seated directly beside the kitchen. Throughout service, chefs could be heard swearing loudly and frequently, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere and ultimately led us to request another table. “Great location. Nice hotel. Most of the public spaces were great. Loos were a bit of a mess. Also staff at breakfast were not be helpful when coffee ran out of Milan’s coffee And the chef can’t pouch an egg.

“Clean room good breakfast
Room had no window to look out of only sky light. Shower only, broken shower holder so had to hold with one hand while showering. No extractor fan in toilet and no window tried to change room but non available glad it was only 2 nights”

“We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. The staff tried to fixed it twice but failed. I was promised to be given at least a letter confirming the damage so that I could send it our insurer, and that the hotel would give us membership points as a compensation. The manager also said he would check the cctv and come back to us.
