The staff were great, the pool was fairly clean. But overall it felt a bit outdated. A lot of the plugs in the rooms did not work and the bed boards looked old and peeling.

Hotel overbooked the King size room, ended up getting a double bed room. Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant was had good food, great breakfast.

The smoke detector in my room had a green LED that blinked every 20 seconds. It was barely noticeable during the day but at night time when it's dark it was exceedingly bright and very annoying to try to sleep through. The staff was courteous. The free included breakfast was sparse. No peanut butter. No plant-based milk option which I realize is a minor and common issue. The room was quiet. The lighting was dim and the plug location for charging your phone was awkward. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet quite small as well. Everything worked fine. I appreciate it having a refrigerator and the microwave.

All the staff we interacted with was great. Their customer service was exceptional. The included breakfast had a decent variety. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the rooms had brighter lighting but that is me being picky. Also, the utensils in the kitchenette looked like they needed another cleaning - maybe they were sitting there for too long since their last wash. A sponge was provided but no dish soap, only dishwasher pods.
