Location is about 20 minutes outside Marrakech so be aware that, although there is a nice restaurant, if you’re there for a few days you may need to travel out to eat.”

棕榈园6 晚5.0 星住宿10/10 - 绝佳 （3 条点评）“Where we stayed at the Oasis Camp was lovely. Clearly it was a newer addition to the Barcelo Resort and it was beautifully appointed and quiet. At night they would light a fire in the center of all the "tents" which made for a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rest of the Barcelo resort has gone somewhat to seed. It was clearly in it's heyday 20 years ago or so and not much has been done to improve on it since. There were multiple amenities (volleyball, tennis, lake) that weren't well……”

Marrakech6 晚3.5 星住宿8.8/10 - 超赞 （18 条点评）“The worst experience I have ever had — I strongly advise staying away from this property. I booked one night here after our flight from Manchester was delayed, as I wanted to avoid driving late at night to Casablanca. We arrived around 2:00am after a long drive, with my two children and my 75-year-old mother. Finding the property was extremely difficult. There were no clear signs or proper lighting, and when we finally arrived, the gates were closed and nobody was around. After several calls and……”

“Disappointing Stay at Hôtel The Bird – Marrakech Unfortunately, our four-day stay at Hôtel The Bird was far below expectations. First, there was virtually no water in the bathroom, just a tiny trickle from the tap and shower. We reported this, but nothing was done. We were given excuses, first suggesting the gardener had used too much water, and later explaining that construction work involving a septic tank was taking place outside. As paying guests, we should not have to deal with these……

“Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations. Several things were not working properly or were missing. The house is also quite far from the pool, which was inconvenient. In addition, the property did not have the garden view that was shown and described in the listing. Overall, we were disappointed because the property did not match the description and photos on Expedia.”
