Do not stay here if you value sleep. My room had a loud, persistent thumping noise coming from the AC. While a technician documented the issue, management completely brushed it off, claiming the AC was fine and the building just lacks soundproofing. They offered zero solutions, alternative rooms, or compensation. Acknowledging a problem but choosing to do nothing is terrible customer service. This was a total deal-breaker and I highly advise against booking this hotel.
I asked for compensation in writing. Hotel did not bother to response.
