North London Pet-friendly Vacations

From being greeted at the door to final check out, the staff were unbelievably polite, friendly, helpful and considerate. The hotel itself was very impressive and in a great location, just a 3 minute walk from the Earls Court tube station. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Delicious breakfast with wide variety of breads, cheeses and items ala cart. Sale and Pepe restaurant serves fish in salt- must have, We will definitely come back.

I wouldn’t risk booking this hotel. I had three rooms booked, well in advance. I arrived at 1430 to ask if I could check in for them all as I had to disappear to another meeting. I made it clear I didn’t need two of the rooms until the next morning, but wanted to make sure we got keys. The third would arrive that evening. I was told it was too early but the rooms were all confirmed and there would be no problem coming back tomorrow. I received messages at 2am telling me two of the rooms were cancelled as no shows. Utter incompetence. Calling the centra Marriot line their solution was to rebook the same rooms… and the current rate, double what I’d originally booked at. Moreover, as the other rooms had a 100% cancellation fee (<48 hrs), that was also due. In other words, I’d end up paying 3x the rate. I then called the night manager of the hotel. While I’d been assured the rooms were fine, the card used to book the rooms last year expired two weeks ago. Policy is to charge the first night to the card. As that didn’t go through, the rooms were cancelled. Despite me actually coming to check in a mere 30 mins early. I was left in London without accommodation and had to sort out something else at last minute to great expenses… but still less than 3x the Aloft.
