I checked in and discovered a dirty room. There clearly was dirt and debris on the floor and the bed was made but looked like it had been slept in. I complained and hotel wanted to clean it but I refused and checked out.

"Overall the experience was good. My only issues were that my window ended up facing another building. I didn't mind it too much so it wasn't a huge issue. Just a heads up for others that it may be a possibility. The other issue was that the exhaust in the bathroom runs non-stop. There is no switch ..."

"The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel!"
