We stay once a year & always return here. It’s the best location, steps away from the pedestrian area of downtown, great stores, restaurants & bars. There are free bikes at the hotel & Iowa City is a lovely town to see on 2 wheels. The beds & pillows are super comfortable, rooms are always clean & staff very helpful. Highly recommend!

The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests!
I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel!

Staff were all very nice and said hello every where you went. The manager of the hotel Rachel was extremely kind and helpful. Clean. Updated rooms. Food and wait staff were amazing. Overall great time!
