Beautiful property, nice breakfast, comfortable room and especially liked the lobby as we I was traveling with friends and we could congregate there.

The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy...

Rooftop deck was very cool, but only room for 4 sitting. 2 bedroom suite was nice. Bedrooms were adjoining so had to pass thru one to get to the other. Overall, very interesting hotel, as described. Would recommend for those looking for something different.

This was a lovely place to stay, the rooms were spotless and equipped, the service staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was a hit, fabulous selection and delicious. Also as a perk they gave my wife and I a free pass to take the bus, life and mountain train to take us to hiking trails. Also of note, the view from the sixth floor which is where the restaurant, breakfast and spa facilities are located is beautiful and the view outstanding !!!

Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. My wife and I chose Castel Hortenberg for our stay in Bolzano, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived through our departure. Secure parking with private gates. Upon arrival we were greeted with Prosecco, and this type of care and attention was given to us the entire time by Tommaso and the other staff. Perfect location! In the middle of everything!

I stayed here with my wife and my daughter and chose this location because it would comfortably sleep three people without the need of an additional room. We enjoyed our stay very much and in fact extended it by another day because it was so nice.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times we found it excellent: clean, lovely rooms, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast (included), beautiful swimming pool, and great restaurant. It is not far from the train station, and an easy walk to the main part of town, but it is on a quiet street.

We enjoyed our stay. Even though they had two large groups of people staying it was quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent and our rooms were very clean and spacious.

Wonderful stay at the Parkhotel Luna in Bolzano. The location is ideal for someone like myself, as I came to town on the train and walked everywhere. The hotel is located right around the corner to the shopping and restaurant center. You can also walk in 10 minutes to and from the train station, the Archaeological Museum and Funvia tram station. Great time in a beautiful setting. Hiking in the Dolomites was wonderful. Hotel was excellent. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. I can’t recommend the hotel and staff high enough. 5 + stars
