When i was at work i called at 11am saying i would like fresh towels and new sheets on the bed. great okay guy on the phone said okay be done in 10mins. I get home from work at 7pm nothing has change no towels no new sheets. I go to the front desk said the maid gone for the day. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean inside. The rooms are very roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a very good free breakfast every morning. Parking is free. Currently the hotel is under going renovation on the outside. Hotel surrounded by scaffoling but are is clean around the hotel. Only thing affected is parking outside but they have a parking garage and parking at end of hotel. I found no issues with finding a place to park. Dining and shopping walking distance from hotel. "

"I would give it 5 stars if it had an elevator. The breakfast is great. The custom omelet is stellar. I like the King Suite where there is a sitting room (sofa, desk, TV) separated from the bedroom. It makes visiting with my son so much easier than having to use the beds as seats like in many hotel rooms. Staff is always amazing. On a larger scale, 9 out of 10. The only drawback is lack of elevator, but it is only 2 floors (I think). This is only an issue for me since I am old."
