Checking in, we arranged for early check in, however due to traffic we got to the hotel at 2:15, regular check in is 3 P.M. The couple we came with checked in at the same time as us and were not charged 30.00 for checking in early as we were. I found this odd due to the fact that we were checking in right next to them and overheard the person checking them in waive the fee, ours didn’t even try. Then later she tried to have our room changed because our phone didn’t work, I told her we were fine, she replied, “ You might need a phone since you’re here for two days. I told her to check because we’re only there for the night. Overall she was not very polite or accommodating. I’m not upset about the money, I’m upset that she didn’t even try to waive the fee or even say something like, I’m sorry but rules are rules, you agreed to pay, an explanation like that would have been acceptable. About getting the days wrong, thank god she didn’t charge us for that.

If the shower head has some clogging, edge of tube has small mold. That's the improvement to be had, other than these, it's a pleasant stay overall.

The bath drain plug didn't fit so kids couldn't take a bath. Shotty maintenance work. It's like maintenance just used caulk to fix everything.

The gym was very will equipped for what I needed too some equipment would not turn on but other options were available. The staff at breakfast kept everything full would have been nice to have tongs or equivalent to pick up berries. The tables outside had spider webs and dust maybe do a quick cleaning every morning. The floor in our room near the restroom was cracked and needed repair. The sidewalk when you head out the front door and head towards the parking on the left the sidewalk is uneven and a tripping hazard me and my 10 year old tripped but someone older could severely injure themselves. We also noticed many live spiders throughout the hotel that we disposed of. The staff throughout the hotel were all friendly. The room was a nice size and the microwave area has good amount of space and the fridge is a good size.

Person at check-in was great. Due to flight delays, we didn’t check in until after 1am, and he was very welcoming and made you feel he was glad you were here. Breakfast staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the breakfast itself wasn’t as good as we hoped or at other locations. There was nothing wrong with it but just not as hoped for. The highway noise is very noticeable in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are getting a little dated.

The room was spacious and breakfast was good. The attendant was great. The hotel was situated on a cul-de-sac that wasn’t directly accessible from the highway. This made the property feel safer. We would stay here again.
