"We stayed for four nights. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - nice and big with a mini fridge and microwave. For the price, I would stay here again. I deducted one star because the halls really stank of cigarette smoke, which gave me a sore throat. Note that you can get public transit downtown (takes about 45 min). And there are things nearby (eg, frozen daiquiris, fast food). Close to the highway. As expected at a budget hotel, there were sketchy people staying there...

"I always enjoy my stay here. I love the area and the friendly staff. Anytime I’m in New Orleans I stay here. The breakfast is always great! I only had small issues this trip. The toilet was dirty(wasn’t fully flushed). The door had to be slammed shut to be closed. But other than that everything was great! I can’t wait for my next visit."
