It was dirty on the 2nd floor. House keeping was still cleaning rooms at 8pm. Front desk was rude. 2nd floor smelled like weed and bleach with bleach spots on the floor. Smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Stray cats all over. Permanent residents partying outside most the night.

The customer service was good but the overalll cleaniness is very disgusting. There is mold in every room that we have seen. Yes we had to switch rooms and there was mold in each one of them. The final room we settled with had soaking wet carpet and a horrible smell! We also saw. Few cockroaches in our rooms. The overall stay was very uncomfortable but the staff were very friendly and cool. This hotel needs major upgrades . There are a lot of locals who actually live here. The pool looked disgusting .

Horrible conditions, run down. We left the 1st night. The staff was super nice, but the hotel was run down, dirty, smelled. Other guests there were noisey, screaming in the halls, at one point there was a kickout in the lobby and it was uncomfortable. Hotel is horrible, but staff was great.

Doesn’t deserve a star Rating.
Probably my worst experience at a hotel outside third world countries I have stayed. The floor was wet and dirty when we arrived and it wasn’t just the bathroom. It was rough sleeping also because it was so noisy out in the hall. The soap and shampoo was so cheap it made me break out in a rash. Finally the icing on the crap cake was when the waffle batter dispenser fell apart on my wife covering her pants and the keys to my new car in batter.

It smelled bad it had house roaches everywhere in my house it was just a bad stay would not recommend it to anyone else definitely a waste of money
