"About 50 years ago it may of been a five star hotel but now not so much. My wife and I had to switch rooms three times during our stay. They did upgrade rooms each time so that was nice. However, water temperature was difficult to control no matter what shower we used. Water leaks through the lobby when it rains, and not just a little bit. Staff is friendly and accommodating.The area around is not safe after dark."

"Staff was very great and helpful! Location is a bit far from the main areas but taxi services was never an issue. Please note that the rooms DO NOT HAVE AC. Thankfully we had a room with a balcony and we could open the doors. We even bought a mini fan to help with the warmth. The hotel is next to a highway so it gets noisy. "Great Value Stay in a Safe Neighborhood! We arrived late at the hotel and were warmly greeted by the reception staff, who efficiently checked us in. The room, though small, was tidy and clean, albeit a tad noisy due to street sounds with the windows open—perfect for those who don't mind some city buzz. "The airconditioning in the 3 person bedroom is not sufficient for the room. It doesn't cool the room."

"I was in one room and later in the real suite. The real suite is really nice and I like it very much. I would suggest to get rid of the carpet in the one room. The area is quite safe and vibrant with night life if you enjoy it. Walking alone at night is not a problem. Colombia has become pretty safe it seems."
