"Le logement de Viviane et Francis est très propre, bien équipé et très bien situé. Au calme par rapport à l’agitation de Roses, mais tout proche de la plage et du sentier de ronde qui mène au GR 92 dans le parc naturel du cap de Creus où nous avons fait de magnifiques randonnées. Viviane et Francis ont été dès nos premiers échanges très réactifs, sympathiques et soucieux de notre confort. La mise à disposition d’une place de parking devant le logement est un véritable plus. Nous reviendrons...

"Enjoyed our stay in Roses. The view from the apartment is incredible, better than advertised. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk down the hill, beachfront bars, restaurants and a well stocked market. The beach trails are beautiful too. The unit itself was comfortable and well equipped. Annie the owner was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely go back."

"This is our 2nd year renting this property and it is always amazing. This property is situated up on a hill overlooking Roses Bay. Beautiful views, near Cami de Rhonda and beach, 15 min to city center, close to many restaurants (walking). Large rooms, clean. Lots of stairs so not appropriate for small kids or physically challenged; although there is an elevator. Kitchen could be improved in terms of utensils and gear, dishwasher was a bit wonky (not secured to the counter so kept coming out)....

"This was our best holiday in Spain by far! Our hosts were very polite and we had everything that we needed for our dream holiday. A car is a definate must to visit all of the wonderfull beaches and the town."

"We enjoyed the stay ver much - located just in the beach (tough our rooms didn’t have beach view). Breakfast was very very good — plenty of options. We had connected rooms that was helpful as well. The risk is with the parking - there is free parking on the street but not always available place. But we were lucky to find one on both days. "

"The apartment left a bit to be desired but it was so convenient. For 1 person it had the basics - fridge, stove, washer. Grocery store, parking, beach all so close. Beautiful walking tracks nearby. I loved the location."
