Lovely comfortable house with breathtaking views of the bay and the port of Roses.
It is located above Puig Rom, in a one-way street with very little traffic, no immediate neighbors. Very quiet location.
3 shower rooms and a bathroom, 5 toilets, 3 spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people, central heating.
WIFI, satellite TV with French and Spanish channels.
Total area, 200 m2, garage.
Large terrace with swimming pool (maintained from May to September) and corner sheltered from the wind, breathtaking view of the sea, the port, the bay and the town of Roses.
