Situé au calme dans une résidence parfaitement entretenue avec petite piscine et promenade sur la corniche aménagée. A 1/4 d'heure de marche du centre ville très agréable ou 5 mn en voiture mais possibilité de laisser la voiture sur la place réservée devant la résidence Excellente communication et facilité d'accès.
