"This was a very nice condo. The building is nice. It's nice to have access to a pool and fitness center. Overall, the building is a little noisy although this condo was right next to the front entrance and people were coming and going late into the night into the early morning. Management was very quickly responsive every time I had a question or a concern. Short Uber ride to downtown. "We were sent an email our original booking for the Rosedale had a water leak so our property location changed. It was really nice to have the quick change of location taken care of with no hiccups. Also, when we arrived at the new location, our code for the front door wasn’t working. We made a call and that also was resolved quickly. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend this company again and use again. Thank you for making our stay easy."

"We stayed with sisters and brothers and enjoyed the time in Nashville. The house was amazing and great location to Uber into Broadway. Had a small problem with our drain and the management was there within 15 minutes to fix. Cannot say enough great things about this property."

Traffic can be loud at times particularly in the morning and we could hear when people walking in the unit above during the early morning hours. "First time in Nashville. Everything was just as described. I always love when the little things included. Coffee, soap, trash bags, dishes, etc. Great location not busy but easy walks to music row and outskirts of downtown."

"This was our first stay at a Music City Loft, with plans for many more. First of all, the location is perfect - an easy walk to Broadway and far enough from the bars to permit a quiet sleep. "Knowing nothing about the Gulch area before arriving, we couldn't believe how nice it was. Everything is pretty, there's great spots to eat and drink, and it was totally safe to walk to Broadway day or night (we were two couples). The wives loved lounding at the pool. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. A great home base. It can get a little wild/loud on the streets outside on a Friday/Saturday, but that's city life.
