The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). "We loved the condo- great central location to Keystone, Dillion/Silverthorne, Breck. My non-skiing friends enjoyed the Keystone Nordic Center for snowshoeing and winter hiking trails. The hot tub in the recreation club house was a hit in the afternoon as well. Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen / laundry. Wonderful views of the mountain from the deck and upstairs master bedroom. We would definitely return to this lovely rental when we come back to the...

"Nice property. Wish we would have been told many places were still closed for the season and not yet operating for summer, i.e. no bike rentals, no paddle boat rentals River Run Village closed."

"We had a nice stay and it was close to hikes. Comfortable bed, fans for comfort, very fun pinball machine. The pool, hot tub, and additional amenities were under construction so if you’d like to use those during your stay, I would check with owner before booking."

"The unit was nice, and the location was great. Close to skiing and walking distance to downtown. The carpet was kind of dirty and there were some greasy/dirty dishes when we arrived but overall the stay was very good. We would stay here again."
