"This was such a cute studio apartment, the room was clean and the amenities were perfect. If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Monterey and Santa Cruise this is perfect. Settled about halfway between both cities this is a beautiful spot just a couple of minutes away from the ocean. "It was a great place to stay about 30 min out of Santa Cruz. I was there to do a college tour with my kiddo. The owners actually let us switch last minute to their bigger place but I saw this one as well. My only negative was that I couldnt get internet to download the instructions to get in (should have downloaded it before I left home) but the owners saw me and came to greet us. So nice"

"This unit was very nice and cozy. The small updated kitchen was perfect for a short trip with a roomy fridge and a small stove. The spa tub is large and very comfortable. The only things I would mention are maybe more towels or a couple of bath mats for the shower and outside the tub would be nice. The landscaping work in the mornings can be loud and they start early, but this is something with the whole property and nothing to do with the specific unit.
