We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again."

"This property was conveniently located to everything in Rocky Top such as Norris Lake, the Norris Dam State Park and Windrock Park. The king size beds were super comfortable. Really liked the location of the bedrooms and baths for 2 couples. The washer and dryer were great, so we did not have to pack as much for the drive from WI. Rocky Top is super ATV and UTV friendly. We were able to take the UTVs from the cottage into town using Longfield Road. The town police told us where we could drive in...

"This place was great! There are 3 levels with 3 bedrooms, a loft with beds and 2 common areas. It also had a porch and covered area underneath. A gas grill and firepit. Fully stocked kitchen (no d/w). And great views of the lake. Large dock to swim off of or fish. And a place to keep ur boat (covered). Easy check in and out and great communication. Close to interstate exit, food options and close to twin cove Marina. Would stay here again for sure!"

"This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)"

"The views are so beautiful from the outside of the Lakeside Lookout. Upon opening the door it was obvious that Steven and Kathy really care about so many details. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time on the dock and swimming in the beautiful water. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...
