The room was comfortable. The night clerk was very informative about the cost of the room and signed us up for Choice rewards. We didn't know that Choice Hotels, etc. do not honor Hotel. com rewards so we didn't use our free days. "

"I was in town for a work event the following day that was being held at the Roane State Community College. Staff were upbeat and welcoming during check in. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool which was quite nice. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was good and the service was excellent. "The hotel was under complete restoration and it showed. There was only one way to enter and leave. Thankfully we were only passing through for the night. I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. If I had not already made on-line reservations and paid in advance, we would have never stayed here. The lobby ceiling was leaking with buckets catching the water as you walked in. As for TV we were only able to get a few channels. The interaction with the staff was pleasant."
