"This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

"We stayed here for the solar eclipse, and I can tell you that the pictures of this property don’t do it justice. Yes, from the front it looks like an overgrown shed, but I assure you it’s so much more than that! Inside it’s airy and spacious with room for everyone to hang out together. Where it really shines is on the multiple level deck off the back of the house which overlooks the river in the distance! Incredible views of the sunset from the comfort of your own rental property! "There were 7 ladies and we had a wonderful time. The listing had that there was a pool maybe just an error otherwise everything was perfect. Unfortunately the pontoon was down for repairs but maybe that saved us from sunburns lol my friend loved the king bed so much that she ordered one online as best of sleep in years just awesome"

"The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival."

"If you love the peace & quiet, surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. We loved exploring the lake bed, seeing turtles basking in the sun, osprey, flycatchers and many more birds, all visible from the comfort of the hot tub. Don was very helpful and let us use his golf buggy for more exploration around the lake too. Lots of great local days out like the Canyon of Eagles Observatory, Longhorn Cavern & Fredericksburg. "We enjoyed our stay in this spacious property, there was room for everyone. The house was well stocked with items we needed and the children enjoyed swimming in the pool even if it was cold. The best part was watching the Eclipse which was amazing. The Host answered questions we had immediately would definitely stay again."

"The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."
