“Great budget stay”

Arrived at the hotel late, tired and cranky. Check in was quick. Had dinner in the hotel because we were too tired to go out and it was good. Again quick, no mucking around. Hotel was very quiet. Shuttle to airport 24 hrs which was great for our very early international flight.

“Just okay”

We attempted to check in after 3:00 (check in time posted online) and the room was not ready. We had to wait over an hour in the lobby for the room to be ready although we were told it would only be about 20 minutes. The air conditioning unit in the room was not working well and the room was warm as a result. We were told they were all booked up for the night, so switching rooms was not an option. The bed, "the Garden Sleep System", was horrible and saggy. The controls that were supposed to adjust firmness did not affect the bed at all. The location to the airport is good and the breakfast buffet was very good. We would look elsewhere before considering staying here again due to the lack of comfort and the room not being ready on time.

“Comfortable Room convenient distance to Airport”

I booked this hotel a month in advance which I was told was late to book for the City's big Stampede event. There was no problem and everything went smoothly. The people were very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated the free shuttle to and from the Airport regardless of the hour. The room was spacious and bright...the bed was very comfortable...the room very clean. Only downside was that I could hear every conversation in the hallway...even if people spoke softly. But that was only downside. Internet worked great...anything I needed was provided in Minutes.

“Great hotel-location was just so-so”

Everything about the hotel was great. The duvets on the beds were an added plus. Pool and hot tub were superb. Restaurant was good and high quality. The location -near the airport was handy, but for doing any local sight seeing it required a bus and C-train ride. Only local restaurant was a Tim Horton, if you didn't want to eat at the hotel. It was kind of in a semi - industrial area. Big Harley Davidson store right next door. The staff helped greatly with telling us how to get downtown etc. but it was a bit hectic when you didn't know where you were going.

“Good airport hotel”

Airport transportation was fine. There was a bus stop near hotel which connected with the light rail (C train). Only problem was that bus did not run all that often. Would use this hotel again if I needed one near Calgary airport.

“Great Stopover”
