"Perfect 2 bedroom spot in Kingsmill community. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee to get you started. Great back patio to watch golfers come up the fairway. Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated. Wonderful for a quick weekend away!"

"We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms....

"The property is great regarding its location to the beach and the area. We didn't know in advance that the driveway and parking area were so tight. Wouldn't be bad with a small/medium sized car, but very difficult with a large SUV. I didn't see anything in the VRBO description about the restricted parking situation."

"The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it."

We would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone. There’s a fire pit in the back yard, a deck with a charcoal grill, hot tub was amazing, and we didn’t see any bugs or roaches or creepy crawlers during our entire stay.
