A lovely oasis attached to Busch Gardens, also available as a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms! The gated "Kingsmill on the James" (not part of Kingsmill Resort but Kingsmill Spa available with your stay!
Graced with an abundance of beautiful evergreens, the beauty here is year-round. Audubon bird sanctuaries, miles of lovely trails, shell filled beaches and acres of natural beauty. Not a resort condotel, this first floor large two bedroom two full bathroom condo offers the comforts of home, decorated at the holidays, books, streaming,games, and a fully stocked kitchen, everything needed for cooking large meals, a variety of sleeping pillows, walk to the spa for pampering, try golfing at the award-winning gorgeous Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or enjoy stocked lakes for fishing, barbecues, picnic areas, cafe, treasured historic sites, beaches and playground within short walking distance of the condo. There's tennis, soccer, pickleball and basketball here too, restroom and shower by the marina beach a short walk away. Order excellent food at Kingsmill, Eagles Express, or walk to The Mill Cafe and dine on the beautiful outdoor Terrace, or on your own deck with beautiful sunsets overlooking lovely tennis greenbelt surrounded by evergreens where we've spotted deer, bunnies, squirrels, groundhogs, gophers, ospreys and wild turkeys. Barbecue at the grills at Mounts Bay, or try excellent food at Maurizio's or The Whaling Company...
