"We were excited to find a property that had a place for the dogs to go outside so we didn't have to leash them every time and we thought this place had that. However, when we let them outside we realized that not only was there multiple ways for them to get out of the yard (hole in the fence, giant opening under the building next door), but the yard was also just a full of mud. "This place is just right for a nice and relaxing getaway. It is well up the mountain which allows for the breathtaking views right outside the door, but it is still close to town where you can run in to grab lunch or just drive around. The accommodations were fantastic: the shower was hot, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had plenty to work with, the tv had every channel and all streaming capabilities for watch anything from the Masters to UFC to Netflix. There are two comfy chairs out front...

"Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us...

"Finding the house, dedicated parking spot and checking in was super easy. Very thoughtful layout in a small space, having areas for cooking a full meal, relaxing, or doing a bit of work. Lots of yummy snacks, and drinks to pick from. Back yard is big, but a bit of Colorado winter came to visit so no lounging out there. Friendly and on site hosts Casey and Sara have a comfy, clean place that would be a repeat."

"Great property. We stayed with our adult children. Something for everyone in downtown Golden. We parked in the parking garage across the street and some days never used the car. The kitchen was nice and perfect for breakfast and light lunch. But with so many restaurants steps away, we ate dinner out every night. Had a very new and modern feel. Also felt very safe and secure."

"Our family of 6 (kids aged 12, 16, 18, 20) thoroughly loved the condo and the location. It was so easy to walk to the grocery store, shops, coffee houses, and restaurants. The walk to the shuttle to the slopes was super close and easy. The house was really well stocked and comfortable. There were plenty of games, supplies, and kitchen was great. The steam shower after being on the slopes all day felt amazing. We would totally stay again!"
